Construction Update for April 2018 Construction Updates
Demolition is complete and work for the new foundations, garage walls and utilities is well underway. Necessary shoring, lagging and bracing has been completed and drilling of new foundation piers is complete with the exception of those that will be drilled under the temporary, dirt ramp into the site. The ramp should be removed and piers completed following the erection of the tower crane, which is now underway and expected to be completed by the end of this month. Work is continuing on the new electrical and stormwater detention vaults, which will pave the way for further foundation work in Building Areas 2C and 1A, respectively.
