Construction Update for May 2018 Construction Updates
Construction of the project is progressing. The erection of the tower crane was completed April 20 and it was made fully operational April 23. This was a significant milestone as the crane will greatly assist in ongoing concrete foundation work and facilitate vertical construction going forward. Current foundation activities include construction of the stormwater detention vault, the walls of which are approximately 75% complete and concrete pouring for them should be finished the week of May 14. Foundations for Elevators 1 through 6 (the Building 1 elevators) are complete and foundation walls are currently being formed. Construction of the new electrical vault is progressing, with all demolition and shoring now complete.
